This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Website, the purpose of which is to provide information about the buyer's agent services offered by the Owner and to facilitate contact with potential clients. Accessing the Website grants the status of User and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this document.

The Owner shall not be liable for decisions made by the User based on such information, as also set out in the Service Agreement.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This English version is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version of this Legal Notice shall prevail.
